Well, you’re in the right place! With a background in psychology and teaching, I have always been passionate about working with people. I am fascinated by the human experience, including connection with others, finding joy, and prioritizing well-being.
I began the Mindset Matters with Victoria Williamson podcast after feeling like I had “come out the other side” of a couple of really challenging years in my life. I was feeling extremely lost, burnt out, and frustrated with how my life was going. I wasn't enjoying my job and was constantly worrying about the future. I was unhappy in my relationships and lacked any sense of fulfillment or purpose.
So, what changed?
After a lot of self-reflection and soul-searching, I finally recognized the negative patterns I was caught in. Learning to lean into my true passions, prioritize mindful routines, and live more presently completely changed my life.
I now see myself as resilient and capable, living a life filled with purpose. I understand how to prioritize my well-being so that my life feels balanced and intentional.
